Mr. Stallter was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Valparaiso University in 1984. He received his law degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Stallter is also a certified public accountant. |

Mr. Stallter has prior experience in the tax department of a large public accounting firm, and as an attorney with another law firm. Mr. Stallter joined Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. in 1997, and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate transactions, residential and commercial real estate, and taxation.
