Mrs. Hambrick-Stowe concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, general corporate law, and employment law. In her estate practice, Mrs. Hambrick-Stowe counsels individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning (wills, trusts, special needs, powers of attorney, living wills), charitable and family gifting, and asset protection.

Mrs.
Hambrick-Stowe
represents entrepreneurs, professionals, and small and mid-size
businesses in the full range of business organization and operations,
buy-sell and employment agreements, commercial transactions, employment
law and practice, and business succession. Mrs. Hambrick-Stowe is
admitted to practice in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, as
well as federal courts.
Mrs. Hambrick-Stowe is a Phi Beta Kappa honors graduate of Wellesley
College and received her Juris Doctor degree, Summa Cum Laude, from
the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has spoken extensively
to legal and community organizations on estate planning, employment,
and municipal law.
Mrs. Hambrick-Stowe also earned M.A. and M.Div. degrees from Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley, California. She has served on the boards of community organizations including Goodwill Industries, and as general counsel for Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired. She and her husband, Dr. Charles E. Hambrick-Stowe, Dean of Northern Seminary in Lombard, Illinois, reside in Wheaton.
