Mr. Wleklinski was admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana in 1984 and in the State of Illinois in 1988. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago. |

Mr. Wleklinski earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 1977. In 1984 he was awarded his law degree from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Mr. Wleklinski also has extensive experience in financial planning, investments and insurance. For more than 10 years before coming to Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. he helped his clients manage their wealth as a financial advisor with major national securities and life insurance companies. Mr. Wleklinski joined Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. in 2004. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning and administration, family wealth and business succession planning, trusts, probate, and federal estate and gift taxation. Joe works with individuals, business owners, professionals, corporate executives and their families. Mr. Wleklinski is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
