We regularly appear in all divisions of the Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will and Lake County, Illinois, Circuit Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. We have also been admitted on certain specific matters to practice in numerous state and federal courts around the country on behalf of our clients. Our litigation attorneys are experienced both on the trial court level and in courts of appeal and represent our clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as the American Arbitration Association and mediations.
