Mr. Lillig was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1966. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Lillig earned his undergraduate degree from St. Mary's University in Minnesota in 1962. He received his law degree from the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1966, where he was a staff member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. He also served in the United States Naval Air Reserve from 1963 to 1969.

Mr. Lillig's practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate, tax, and estate planning law. He is one of the co-founders and owners of the firm. Mr. Lillig has extensive experience in counseling business owners regarding all aspects of formation and operation, including selection of business entity, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and business succession planning. Mr. Lilllig is also experienced in providing estate planning advice to a wide variety of clients.

Mr. Lilllig is a member of the American, Illinois State and Dupage County Bar Associations.
