Mr. Mendoza was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1994 and the State of Indiana in 1997.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Mr. Mendoza earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois in 1990.  He received his law degree in 1994 from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Mendoza focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, employment practices litigation and tort litigation. He represents clients in the real estate, food service, manufacturing, governmental, financial, legal, and insurance industries.  Mr. Mendoza has tried jury and bench trials in state and federal courts and appeared before a variety of administrative law agencies throughout the country.  Mr. Mendoza's practice also includes counseling businesses on preventive measures, post-occurrence investigations, settlement negotiations and government compliance.  He has been called upon to conduct internal corporate investigations relating to fraud matters, wrongful death, and safe practices and procedures.

Mr. Mendoza is a partner of the firm.  He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Illinois Association of Defense Counsel.  Mr. Mendoza is a member of the Board of Directors of The John Marshall Law School Alumni Association and remains active with the school.
