Elizabeth Hambrick-Stowe is a partner of the firm, and counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning and estate/trust administration, charitable and family gifting, special needs planning and asset protection. Elizabeth advises entrepreneurs, professionals, and small and midsize businesses in the full range of business organization and operations, commercial transactions, employment law and practices, and real estate matters.
Elizabeth was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in 1984, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1985 and the State of Illinois in 2004. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
She is a member of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.
She has spoken extensively to legal and community organizations on estate planning, employment, and municipal law.
Elizabeth also earned theology degrees from Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley, California. She has served on the boards of community organizations including Goodwill Industries, Mental Health/Mental Retardation of Lancaster County, and as general counsel for Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired.
