Walter Morrissey is senior counsel to Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. and has extensive years of experience in business law, family business succession planning, estate and trust planning and administration, real estate law and financing, and commercial law for individuals, business owners and banking institutions.
Walter was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1972 and is licensed to practice law in all Illinois courts as well as the United States District Court for Northern District of Illinois. Walter also was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 1972. He is a member of the Illinois, Florida and DuPage County Bar Associations.
