We negotiate and draft leases on behalf of building owners and tenants. Our practice also includes representation of financial institutions and other lenders in secured real estate lending and construction contracts. We also represent our clients before local governments in connection with zoning matters, subdivision petitions, variances, special use permits, planned developments, and other public approvals and routinely handle mechanics' lien issues for owners, contractors, and subcontractors. We have been involved with condominium conversions, the design and drafting of condominium and townhome declarations, and related owners' associations. Our firm also represents owners, developers and tenants in reducing real estate tax assessments, tax rate objections, specific objections and 6b incentives.
