Mr. Custer was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1976. He has also been admitted to practice law in the United District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Custer earned his undergraduate degree in English from St. Mary's University in Minnesota in 1971. |

| He received his law degree in 1976 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. In 1997, Mr. Custer received his Masters degree in Real Estate Law from The John Marshall Law School.
Mr. Custer joined Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd., in 1980. Mr. Custer has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy and foreclosure/collection law and related litigation. As a former title and escrow officer of the Chicago Title Insurance Company, Mr. Custer also supervises the operations of the law firm's title insurance agency. Mr. Custer is managing partner and one of the owners of the firm. Mr. Custer is a member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations.
