Adrian Mendoza Elected Managing Partner at Lillig & Thorsness

Lillig & Thorsness proudly announces Adrian Mendoza has been named managing partner of the firm. Adrian succeeds Gregory F. Smith, who served the firm in this position for more than a decade.

As a longtime partner of Lillig & Thorsness, Greg will continue to lead the firm’s commercial real estate practice. With more than four decades of experience, he centers his practice on real estate, business, construction, and corporate law.

“Adrian has long been an influential leader within our firm, and I look forward to his contributions as managing partner as he leads Lillig & Thorsness into its next chapter,” Greg said.

Adrian concentrates his complex civil and commercial litigation practice in the areas of business, tort, employment, as well as estates and trusts. Clients trust his analytical insights, creative viewpoint, and intuitive ability to form effective and efficient plans of action to meet their goals no matter the case at hand.

In his extensive experience representing clients in jury and bench trials at the state and federal level, he has appeared before administrative law agencies in cases involving catastrophic injury, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, employment practices, and real estate property disputes.
