Harry E. Bartosiak

For thirty years Harry Bartosiak has practiced in the areas of real estate, business law, and health care law.

Harry represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial properties. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements on behalf of landlords and tenants.

Representing closely held corporations and their owners in all aspects of business planning and development, Harry assists clients in the acquisition and divestiture of business. He is experienced in counseling clients on employment law matters.

Harry also represents physicians, physicians’ organizations and other medical providers in connection with all aspects of health care law, including practice organization and development, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, fraud and abuse issues, employment matters, shareholder agreements and compensation structures.

Prior to becoming Of Counsel to Lillig & Thorsness Harry served as a partner with a large Chicago law firm and as in-house counsel for a national health care company. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
