Martin Lillig is one of the co-founders and owners of the firm. He has extensive experience in counseling business owners regarding all aspects of formation and operation, including selection of business entity, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and business succession planning. Marty also provides estate planning advice to a wide variety of clients.

Marty was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1966. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Tax Court.

While earning his law degree from the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, Marty was a staff member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review.

Marty is a member of the American, Illinois State and Dupage County Bar Associations.
