David R. Stallter

David Stallter joined Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd. in 1997 and is a partner in the firm’s corporate law practice group. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate, estate and business succession planning, and taxation. Dave has prior experience in the tax department of a large public accounting firm.

Dave was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Valparaiso University in 1984 and his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1987. Dave is also a registered certified public accountant.

Dave is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
