David M. Gower concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, the administration of trust estates, decedent estates, and guardianship estates, as well as litigation in probate and trust cases. He has extensive experience drafting comprehensive estate plans for individuals and families, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and other estate planning tools. He is also a highly successful litigator in probate and trust cases where he consistently obtains favorable results for his clients in disputes among fiduciaries (e.g., trustees and executors) and beneficiaries (e.g., beneficiaries, heir, and legatees). David also has vast experience in real estate litigation cases, including breach of contract and fraud claims, quiet title actions, adverse possession claims, and title insurance disputes.
