Gintare Radvila has over ten years of trial and litigation experience and focuses her practice on representing injury victims and personal injury law, commercial litigation, and construction litigation. Gintare began her law career as an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County. During her years as an Assistant State's Attorney, she honed her impressive trial skills and excelled at advocating and prevailing for her clients in court on a daily basis. Gintare’s unwavering commitment to justice makes her fight to win for her clients.

Gintare then spent over four years exclusively handling personal injury claims for injury victims at a law firm in Chicago where she helped her clients recover compensation for many different types of personal injuries, including serious spinal injuries and traumatic brain injuries. She prides herself on being able to efficiently handle every aspect of a personal injury case from start to finish, always with the goal of obtaining an excellent settlement or verdict.

Gintare serves on the Board of Directors at the Lithuanian World Center, a nonprofit organization located in Lemont that serves the social, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs of people of Lithuanian descent.

Gintare was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2014 and is licensed to practice in all Illinois State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, Gintare was a member of Chicago-Kent's nationally ranked trial advocacy team, where she competed in several national mock trial competitions across the country. After graduation, Gintare returned to Chicago-Kent to coach the trial team. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
