Gregory Hodder

Greg Hodder has over fifteen years of experience representing entrepreneurs and established business owners in various matters of corporate law, including entity formation, capital raises, corporate & securities compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and complex contract drafting and negotiation. Prior to joining Lillig & Thorsness in 2025, Greg provided general counsel services for a range of local, national and international businesses.

Greg was admitted to practice law in the States of Washington and Illinois in 2009 after earning his law degree from the Seattle University School of Law. During law school, Greg argued the first successful application of Washington’s Equity Skimming Act on behalf of homeowners defrauded in “foreclosure rescue” schemes while a member of Seattle University’s Ronald A. Petersen Law Clinic. He earned his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Washington at Seattle in 2001.

Outside of the practice of law, Greg can be found with his family, supporting his kids at the swimming pool, softball, or lacrosse field.
