Emily Vaughan

Emily joined Lillig & Thorsness as an associate in 2023 and practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate settlement, and business succession planning. Emily has experience counseling clients on asset protection, estate tax issues, and family wealth planning.

Emily was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2021. She holds bachelor’s degrees in English and Spanish from Michigan State University and earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2021. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
